NRS 527.190 - Application of measures to control infestation.


NV Rev Stat § 527.190 (2011) What's This?

Upon the establishment of a zone of infestation, the State Forester shall proceed to apply, or cause to be applied, measures of infestation control on public and private forests and other lands within such zone, and to any trees, timber, shrubs, plants or flora harboring or which may harbor forest pests.
