NRS 482.475 - Vehicle used for short-term leasing.


NV Rev Stat § 482.475 (2011) What's This?

The Department shall cancel the registration of any motor vehicle used for short-term leasing whenever the Department ascertains that the short-term lessor has failed to comply with the requirements of NRS 482.295.
