NRS 482.3837 - Person with a permanent disability defined.
NV Rev Stat § 482.3837 (2011) What's This?
Person with a permanent disability means a person:
1. With a disability which limits or impairs the ability to walk; and
2. Whose disability has been certified by a licensed physician as irreversible.
