NV Rev Stat § 482.363571 (2011) What's This?

A manufacturer shall not modify the franchise of a dealer or take any adverse action against a dealer that sells a vehicle which is later exported outside the United States, unless the dealer had actual knowledge of or reasonably should have known of the exportation of the vehicle.
