NV Rev Stat § 482.36345 (2011) What's This?
Representative means any person regularly employed by a manufacturer or distributor for the purpose of negotiating or promoting the sale of the manufacturer s or distributor s new vehicles to dealers or for regularly supervising or communicating with dealers or prospective dealers in this State for any purpose.
