NRS 482.3153 - Waiver of damages defined.
NV Rev Stat § 482.3153 (2011) What's This?
Waiver of damages means an agreement by the short-term lessor not to hold a short-term lessee liable for any:
1. Portion of the damage or loss related to a leased passenger car.
2. Loss of use of the passenger car.
3. Charges for storage, impound, towing or administration.
