NRS 482.137 - Vehicle transporter defined.
NV Rev Stat § 482.137 (2011) What's This?
Vehicle transporter means a person who engages in the business of transporting motor vehicles in which he or she has no ownership interest and which are otherwise required to be registered pursuant to this chapter by operating them, singly or in combination, upon the highway under their own motive power.
