NRS 482.134 - Utility trailer defined.
NV Rev Stat § 482.134 (2011) What's This?
Utility trailer means a vehicle, without motive power, designed to carry property or passengers wholly on its own structure, and to be drawn by a motor vehicle. It may not exceed 8 feet in width nor 3,500 pounds in weight.
