NRS 482.044 - Golf cart defined.


NV Rev Stat § 482.044 (2011) What's This?

Golf cart means a motor vehicle which:

1. Has no fewer than three wheels in contact with the ground; and

2. Is designed to carry golf equipment and no more than four persons, including the driver.
