Chapter 459A - Generators of Electricity
NRS 459A.010 - Public utility defined.
NV Rev Stat § 459A.010 (2011) What's This?
As used in this chapter, public utility means any person who furnishes electricity to other persons. The term includes municipal utilities but does not include persons who furnish electricity only in emergencies or persons described in subsection 4 of NRS 704.021.
