NRS 458.091 - Treatment in hospital for abuser of alcohol or drugs.


NV Rev Stat § 458.091 (2011) What's This?

Alcohol and drug abusers must be admitted to public or private general medical hospitals which receive federal or state money for alcohol and drug abuse programs, and must be treated in those hospitals on the basis of their medical need. No general medical hospital that violates this section is eligible to receive further federal or state assistance pursuant to NRS 458.010 to 458.350, inclusive.
