NRS 454.040 - Fictitious name or false representations to seller or dealer prohibited.
NV Rev Stat § 454.040 (2011) What's This?
It is unlawful for any person to give a fictitious name or false address or make any false representations to the seller or dealer when buying any of the poisons enumerated in Schedule A or the additions thereto.
