Chapter 450B - Emergency Medical Services
NRS 450B.065 - Emergency medical technician defined.


NV Rev Stat § 450B.065 (2011) What's This?

Emergency medical technician means a person:

1. Trained in basic emergency medical care in a training program approved by the board; and

2. Certified by the health officer as having satisfactorily completed the training program.
