Each alcohol and drug abuse program operated or provided by a facility for transitional living for released offenders must be certified by the Division of Mental Health and Developmental Services of the Department of Health and Human Services in accordance with the requirements set forth in chapter 458 of NRS and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto. As used in this section, alcohol and drug abuse program has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 458.010.
