NV Rev Stat § 442.620 (2011) What's This?

Rapid test for the human immunodeficiency virus or rapid test means a test that:

1. Is used to detect the presence of antibodies to the human immunodeficiency virus; and

2. Provides a result in 30 minutes or less.
