NRS 435.130 - Declaration of legislative intent.
NV Rev Stat § 435.130 (2011) What's This?
The intent of the Legislature in the enactment of NRS 435.130 to 435.310, inclusive, is to aid persons with mental retardation and persons with related conditions who are not served by existing programs in receiving high quality care and training in an effort to help them become useful citizens.
