NRS 433.269 - Proficiency in English language required of certain employees.
NV Rev Stat § 433.269 (2011) What's This?
The Administrator shall not employ any psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker or registered nurse who holds a master s degree in the field of psychiatric nursing who is unable to demonstrate proficiency in the oral and written expression of the English language.
