NRS 386.700 - Empowerment school defined.
NV Rev Stat § 386.700 (2011) What's This?
As used in NRS 386.700 to 386.780, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, empowerment school means a public school operating under an empowerment plan developed pursuant to NRS 386.740 and approved pursuant to NRS 386.745 or 386.750, as applicable.
