NRS 385.34675 - Title I school district defined.
NV Rev Stat § 385.34675 (2011) What's This?
Title I school district means a school district that receives money pursuant to the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, 20 U.S.C. 6301 et seq., and is obligated to comply with the provisions of that federal law.
