NRS 379.149 - Power of governing board of regional network of libraries to contract with state agencies.
NV Rev Stat § 379.149 (2011) What's This?
The governing board of a regional network of libraries may enter into contracts with state agencies for:
1. The administration of grants of money for library purposes; and
2. The provision of library services,
in the region served by the regional network.
