NRS 374.145 - Fee for reinstatement of suspended or revoked permit.
NV Rev Stat § 374.145 (2011) What's This?
A seller whose permit has been previously suspended or revoked shall pay the Department a fee of $5 for the renewal or issuance of a permit.
