NV Rev Stat § 37.250 (2011) What's This?

The right of eminent domain is hereby granted to nonresident or foreign corporations or partnerships which are now organized or may be organized under the laws of another state or territory, or under any act of Congress, and upon the same terms and conditions as any resident citizen, domestic corporation or partnership. Before any corporation or partnership organized or incorporated otherwise than under the laws of this state is entitled to any of the rights granted by this chapter, it must first comply with all laws of this state prescribing the conditions in which the corporation or partnership may be authorized to do business within the State or within any county of the State in which it seeks to exercise the right of eminent domain.
