NRS 336.050 - Employees and facilities.
NV Rev Stat § 336.050 (2011) What's This?
The Executive Officer is authorized to use the existing employees and facilities of his or her agency and to employ such additional employees or procure such additional facilities as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
