NV Rev Stat § 319.045 (2011) What's This?

Collateralized mortgage obligation means an obligation which represents an interest in a loan or a group of loans or which may be issued by the owner of one or more loans and secured by an assignment of or an interest in the principal or interest payable from such a loan or loans or by an interest in the underlying loan.
