NRS 315.7813 - Reservation or nomination of land from Bureau of Land Management prohibited; exception.

A regional authority may not request a reservation or nomination of land from the Bureau of Land Management unless the governing body of the jurisdiction within which the applicable land of the Bureau is located adopts a resolution of approval.
