NRS 293C.350 - Marking and return of mailing ballot by voter.


NV Rev Stat § 293C.350 (2011) What's This?

Upon receipt of a mailing ballot from the city clerk, the registered voter must:

1. Immediately after opening the envelope, mark and fold the ballot;

2. Place the ballot in the return envelope;

3. Affix his or her signature on the back of the envelope; and

4. Mail or deliver the envelope to the city clerk.
