Chapter 258 - Constables
NRS 258.080 - Duties in new township.


NV Rev Stat § 258.080 (2011) What's This?

When any constable, by the formation of a new township, shall be brought within the limits thereof, the constable shall continue to act as constable for such new township, and shall continue in office until the expiration of the term for which he or she was elected.
