NRS 250.230 - Civil penalty.
NV Rev Stat § 250.230 (2011) What's This?
In addition to any penalty imposed pursuant to NRS 250.210 or 250.220, the court may order a person who commits an act described in those sections to pay a civil penalty in an amount not to exceed $2,500 for each act.
