NRS 233.155 - Gift Fund.


NV Rev Stat § 233.155 (2011) What's This?

All gifts of money which the Commission is authorized to accept must be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the Nevada Equal Rights Commission Gift Fund which is hereby created as a trust fund.
