Chapter 218B - Legislative Districts
NRS 218B.390 - Rural Nevada Senatorial District. [Valid through November 6, 2012, for all purposes except not valid for filing for office and for nominating and electing members of the Senate on or after January 1, 2012. During the period between January 1, 2012, and November 6, 2012, the Senatorial Districts approved by the Court pursuant to the Order set forth in the Appendix to
Chapter 218B of NRS beginning at page 218B-81 are valid for the limited purposes of filing for office and for nominating and electing members of the Senate in the new districts at the 2012 General Election.] Rural Nevada Senatorial District, apportioned one Senator, consists of:
1. Elko County, Eureka County, Humboldt County, Lander County, Lincoln County, Pershing County and White Pine County.
2. In Nye County, census voting districts 0010, 0015, 0020, 0025, 0030 and 0035.
