NRS 2.130 - Regular sessions; issuance of writs.
NV Rev Stat § 2.130 (2011) What's This?
The Supreme Court shall:
1. Hold such regular sessions during each calendar year as are necessary to dispose of its business.
2. Always be open for the issuance of writs.
