NRS 172.295 - Review by person of person s prior testimony before testifying before grand jury again.
NV Rev Stat § 172.295 (2011) What's This?
A person who:
1. Is called to testify before a grand jury; and
2. Has testified regarding the same matter at another time before the same or another grand jury,
may, upon request, review the transcript or recording of the person s prior testimony before testifying again.
