NV Rev Stat § 155.0935 (2011) What's This?
Caregiver means any person who has provided significant assistance or services to or for a person, regardless of whether the person is incompetent, incapacitated or of limited capacity and regardless of whether the person is being compensated for the assistance or services provided.
