NRS 151.120 - When gift before death not deemed advancement.


NV Rev Stat § 151.120 (2011) What's This?

No gift or grant shall be deemed to have been made as an advancement unless:

1. So expressed in the gift or grant;

2. Charged in writing by the decedent as an advancement; or

3. Acknowledged in writing by the donee to be such.
