Chapter 87 Partnerships
NRS 87.4305 "Partnership" defined.
NRS 87.4305 "Partnership" defined. "Partnership" means an association of two or more persons to carry on as co-owners of a business for profit formed under NRS 87.4322, predecessor law or comparable law of another jurisdiction.
