NRS 706.816 Uniform interpretation of NRS 706.801 to 706.861, inclusive. NRS 706.801 to 706.861, inclusive, must be so interpreted as to effectuate their general purpose to make uniform the laws of those states and countries which enact them or any law comparable to them.
