Chapter 706 Motor Carriers
NRS 706.421 Contract motor carrier must obtain permit from Commission.

NRS 706.421 Contract motor carrier must obtain permit from Commission. It is unlawful for any contract motor carrier to act as such within this State in intrastate commerce without first having obtained a permit therefor.
