NRS 701B.560 "Wind energy system" defined. [Effective through June 30, 2011.]

NRS 701B.560 "Wind energy system" defined. [Effective through June 30, 2011.] "Wind energy system" means a facility or energy system for the generation of electricity that uses wind energy to generate electricity.
