NRS 695G.014 "Authorized representative" defined.
NRS 695G.014 "Authorized representative" defined. "Authorized representative" means a person who has obtained the consent of an insured to represent him or her in an external review of a final adverse determination conducted pursuant to NRS 695G.241 to 695G.310, inclusive.
