NRS 695D.280 Rehabilitation, liquidation or conservation.
NRS 695D.280 Rehabilitation, liquidation or conservation. Any rehabilitation, liquidation or conservation of an organization for dental care shall be deemed to be the rehabilitation, liquidation or conservation of an insurer and must be conducted pursuant to chapter 696B of NRS.
