Chapter 695B Nonprofit Corporations for Hospital, Medical and Dental Service
NRS 695B.050 Manner of incorporation.
NRS 695B.050 Manner of incorporation. Persons desiring to form a nonprofit hospital, medical or dental service corporation shall incorporate pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, and the provisions of the nonprofit corporation laws of the State of Nevada, so far as the provisions of such laws are applicable and not inconsistent with this chapter.
