Chapter 685B Unauthorized Insurers; Prohibitions, Process and Advertising
NRS 685B.087 Penalty for unauthorized insurance business.

NRS 685B.087 Penalty for unauthorized insurance business. Any insurer who transacts any unauthorized insurance business as set forth in NRS 685B.030 is guilty of a category B felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.
