Chapter 660 Branch Offices; Electronic Terminals; Automated Tellers
NRS 660.125 "Area of access" defined.

NRS 660.125 "Area of access" defined. "Area of access" means a paved walkway or sidewalk which is within 50 feet of an automated teller, except a publicly maintained road or a sidewalk as defined in NRS 484A.240.
