NRS 660.105 Construction of provisions relating to electronic transfer of money.

NRS 660.105 Construction of provisions relating to electronic transfer of money. The provisions of this chapter relating to the electronic transfer of money must be construed in a manner which is consistent with, and which is not less restrictive than, the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, 15 U.S.C. 1693-1693r, inclusive.
