NRS 482.4805 Transfer of money from Account for Verification of Insurance to State Highway Fund.
NRS 482.4805 Transfer of money from Account for Verification of Insurance to State Highway Fund. On June 30 of each year, the State Controller shall transfer from the Account for Verification of Insurance created pursuant to NRS 482.480 to the State Highway Fund any amount in the account which exceeds $500,000.
