Chapter 455B Recreational Parks
NRS 455B.410 "Recreation area" defined.

NRS 455B.410 "Recreation area" defined. "Recreation area" means a trailhead or water access area. The term does not include:

1. A snow recreation area as defined in NRS 455A.083; or

2. A skateboard park as defined in NRS 455B.240.
