NRS 455B.100 Effect of provisions governing amusement parks on local ordinances.

NRS 455B.100 Effect of provisions governing amusement parks on local ordinances. The provisions of NRS 455B.010 to 455B.100, inclusive, do not prohibit a county, city or unincorporated town from adopting ordinances that regulate amusement parks which are consistent with the provisions of NRS 455B.010 to 455B.100, inclusive.
