Chapter 450B Emergency Medical Services
NRS 450B.255 Representation as emergency medical technician without certificate.

NRS 450B.255 Representation as emergency medical technician without certificate. A person shall not represent himself or herself to be an emergency medical technician unless the person has been issued a currently valid certificate as an emergency medical technician by the health authority.
