Chapter 439 Administration of Public Health
NRS 439.810 "Patient" defined.
NRS 439.810 "Patient" defined. "Patient" means a person who:
1. Is admitted to a medical facility for the purpose of receiving treatment;
2. Resides in a medical facility; or
3. Receives treatment from a provider of health care.
