TITLE 38 PUBLIC WELFARE
Chapter 425 Support of Dependent Children
NRS 425.550 Issuance and dissemination of letter stating that person has complied with subpoena or warrant or satisfied arrearage. [Effective on the date of the repeal of the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings and expires by limitation 2 years after that date.]

NRS 425.550 Issuance and dissemination of letter stating that person has complied with subpoena or warrant or satisfied arrearage. [Effective until the date of the repeal of the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.] The district attorney or other public agency shall, within 5 days after a person who is subject to a court order issued pursuant to NRS 425.540 complies with the subpoena or warrant or satisfies the arrearage pursuant to NRS 425.560, provide to the person who is subject to the order a letter stating that the person has complied with the subpoena or warrant or has satisfied the arrearage. The district attorney or other public agency shall also mail a copy of that letter to all of the agencies to which a copy of the order was provided pursuant to NRS 425.540.

[Effective on the date of the repeal of the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings and expires by limitation 2 years after that date.] The district attorney or other public agency shall, within 5 days after a person who is issued a professional or occupational license, certificate or permit pursuant to title 54 of NRS and is subject to a court order issued pursuant to NRS 425.540 complies with the subpoena or warrant or satisfies the arrearage pursuant to NRS 425.560, provide to the person who is subject to the order a letter stating that the person has complied with the subpoena or warrant or has satisfied the arrearage. The district attorney or other public agency shall also mail a copy of that letter to all of the agencies to which a copy of the order was provided pursuant to NRS 425.540.
